Privacy policy

Effective 23 October 2026

This policy explains what information autonoME collects, why, who it is shared with and the choices you have. autonoME is operated by MEtric LLC ("we", "us"). It covers this website (www.seewhocares.com), the autonoME web app (app.seewhocares.com), its mobile versions, its text messages and emails, and its API.

Who is responsible for your information

autonoME is used by healthcare employers, such as skilled nursing facilities and their operators ("customers"), to schedule and support their staff. When a customer adds its staff to autonoME, the customer decides what is collected and how it is used, and we process that information on the customer's behalf under our agreement with them. If you work at a facility that uses autonoME, your employer is your first contact for questions about your information. We are responsible for the information we collect for our own purposes, such as visits to this website and messages you send us.

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking. The web app keeps your session in your browser's storage only so you stay signed in.

How we use it

Scores and tiers are calculated from objective measures your employer configures. They affect the order in which shifts are offered; your employer stays responsible for employment decisions.

We do not sell personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to train artificial intelligence models.

Text messages

We text you only after you agree, either in the app or by replying YES to a one-time request from your facility. Message frequency varies with your schedule and the alerts you choose. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Your number is used only to send you the messages you agreed to, and is passed only to the provider that delivers them.

Who we share it with

How long we keep it

We keep customer information for as long as the customer uses autonoME, and delete it within 30 days after the agreement ends, unless the customer or the law requires otherwise. Some records expire sooner: message delivery records and the facility activity feed after 90 days, and password reset links after an hour. Backups are removed on their normal cycle.

How we protect it

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited by role, and each facility's staff can see only their own facilities. Passwords are hashed, repeated failed sign-ins are slowed down, and changes to settings and logins are recorded.

Your choices and rights

Children

autonoME is for working adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with its effective date, and tell customers of any significant change before it takes effect.
